Our Return Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, and we have the right to change them whenever necessary.
All customers are entitled to return purchased products, taking into account that:
a) The return request is made within 14 days from the receipt of the order by the Customer;
b) The item must be in good condition, in its original unopened packaging, without having tried the products to be returned, and accompanied by the respective invoice;
The return request must be previously registered through the email firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number, as well as the products to be returned, the reason for the return and, when applicable, the desired product.
The products should be returned to the address indicated by us, and the respective shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
We ask that you please send the products by Registered Mail, in order to obtain a tracking number, so that there are no losses.
When applicable, payment will be refunded within 15 days from receipt and verification of the intact condition of the returned products. This refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order.
Please note that if you have taken advantage of free shipping because your order reaches a certain value, if when returning the products the value is below the stipulated value for free shipping, we will discount the shipping costs.
In case of incorrect or damaged items, you have 72 hours after receiving them to report the situation.
